  6. Prepare 1 tbsp of chilli power.
  7. You need 1 inch of ginger, finely chopped.

  9. It's 1/2 of coriander leaves, finely chopped.
  10. Prepare 1 sprig of curry leaves, finely chopped.
  11. It's 1 pinch of hing/ asafoetida.
  12. Prepare 1/2 tsp of baking soda.
  13. Prepare As needed of Oil.
  14. Prepare to taste of Salt.
