Ingredients of Bombay chutney
- Prepare 2 tablespoon of Bengal gram flour.
- Prepare 1 of onion chopped into slices.
- You need 1 of tomato chopped into slices.
- Prepare 10 of green chilli chopped into fine.
- It's 1 tablespoon of turmeric powder.
- You need 2 tablespoon of ginger garlic paste.
- It's to taste of Salt.
- Prepare of For seasoning.
- Prepare 1 tablespoon of mustard.
- You need 2 of cinnamon.
- Prepare 2 of cloves.
- Prepare 1 tablespoon of fennel seeds.
- It's 2 of red chilli.
- You need 20 ml of cooking oil.
Bombay chutney instructions
- Take 500 ml water add besan flour and make a watery mixture.
- Take a pan add oil once get heat seasoning it with mustard cinnamon cloves fennel seeds and red chilli.
- Once seasoned add onion tomato green chilli ginger garlic paste turmeric powder and sauté well.
- Once fried pour the water mixture with required salt and allow to boil,once boil keep it in a simmer.
- After 7 minutes will get a slight thick kulambu (gravy) and transfer it to a bowl,serve with dosa or poori.
