Zunka bhakri soft tacos step by step
- Heat a Kadai with water, oil and salt..
- When water starts boiling then add the rice flour and stir it continuously in low flame.
- After sometime it becomes dry. Then switch off the flame and cover it for 20 minutes..
- Then dry roast the gram flour till the raw smell has gone and keep it aside..
- Heat a pan and put oil in it and then add the mustard seeds and when they crackle then add the cumin seeds..
- When all are crackled then add the chopped onion in it and when they become transluscent then add the chopped beans along with the green chilli in it..
- Cover it and cook it for 7-8 minutes in low flame and then add the roasted gram flour along with turmeric powder, chilli powder and salt in it..
- If it becomes dry then sprinkle some water over it, mix it and again cook it for 8-10 minutes in low flame. Add some chopped coriander leaves in it and mix it well..

- Then knead the dough for 5 minutes to make it soft..
- Make equal size small balls of the dough and then roll them to make small poori like shape..

- Heat a skillet and cook all the bhakris on both the sides and keep them aside..
- Then in each small bhakri put the zunka and fold it and then again put it on the hot skillet and add a little oil and cook on one side in low flame..
- When one side becomes little crispy and turn into light brown in colour then switch off the flame..
- Now your zunka bhakri soft tacos are ready..
- Garnish with some chopped onion, cucumber, tomato and coriander leaves over it..
