- You need 250 gm of paneer cut in cubes.
- Prepare 6 piece of green capsicum chopped In cubes.
- You need 1 tsp of ginger garlic paste.
- Prepare 1 of medium onion chopped.
- It's 1 cup of tomoto puree.
- You need 1/2 cup of curd.
- You need 1/2 cup of fresh malai.
- Prepare 1 tsp of jeera.
- It's 1 of tej pata.
- You need 1 tsp of coriander powder.
- Prepare 1 tsp of red chilli powder.
- It's 1 tsp of black pepper crushed.
- Prepare 1/2 tsp of kasuri methi.
- Prepare 1/2 tsp of garam masala.
- You need of Salt as required.
- You need of coriander leaves chopped.
- Prepare 1 tbsp of desi ghee.

- Firstly,take a kadai heat desi ghee add jeera,tej pata saute it,add onion and ginger garlic paste..
- After few min add tomato puree and capsicum cubes. It release oil,add salt,chilli powder, coriander powder, crushed black pepper and all masala..
- Saute it in the low flame add curd and malai.Combined it well..
- Do not add water..
- Boil it 5 min in the low flame also add paneer,cover it with lid..
- Paneer absorb all spices flavors. Add garam masala,kasuri methi and coriander leaves..
- Serve it with roti.,enjoy desi masala paneer..
