  1. You need 250 gm of paneer cut in cubes.
  2. Prepare 6 piece of green capsicum chopped In cubes.
  3. You need 1 tsp of ginger garlic paste.
  4. Prepare 1 of medium onion chopped.
  5. It's 1 cup of tomoto puree.
  6. You need 1/2 cup of curd.
  7. You need 1/2 cup of fresh malai.
  8. Prepare 1 tsp of jeera.
  9. It's 1 of tej pata.
  10. You need 1 tsp of coriander powder.
  11. Prepare 1 tsp of red chilli powder.
  12. It's 1 tsp of black pepper crushed.
  13. Prepare 1/2 tsp of kasuri methi.
  14. Prepare 1/2 tsp of garam masala.
  15. You need of Salt as required.
  16. You need of coriander leaves chopped.
  17. Prepare 1 tbsp of desi ghee.

  1. Firstly,take a kadai heat desi ghee add jeera,tej pata saute it,add onion and ginger garlic paste..
  2. After few min add tomato puree and capsicum cubes. It release oil,add salt,chilli powder, coriander powder, crushed black pepper and all masala..
  3. Saute it in the low flame add curd and malai.Combined it well..
  4. Do not add water..
  5. Boil it 5 min in the low flame also add paneer,cover it with lid..
  6. Paneer absorb all spices flavors. Add garam masala,kasuri methi and coriander leaves..
  7. Serve it with roti.,enjoy desi masala paneer..
