Veg kolhapuri step by step
- For the masala in a nonstick pan take whole dhania, dry red chillies, cardamom, cloves, cinnamon, jeera sauté this for 2 minutes. Then add sesame seeds, poppy seeds and again sauté this for another minute. Lastly add desicated coconut and cook the masala for another 30 seconds. Cool the entire mix & then crush it into a fine powder..
- In a pan take oil, once oil heats up add sliced onions & cook them till translucent. Then add sliced capsicum and cook it for another 8-10 minutes. Then add ginger garlic paste and cook it for another 8-10 minutes..
- Add salt, then add finely chopped tomatoes and cook everything till the tomatoes become soft & mushy. Now add red chilli powder, kitchen king masala & the grounded Kolhapuri masala. Cook well till oil releases..
- Now add 2 glasses of water. Then add boiled veggies and cook the sabji for another 8-10 minutes. Finally add coriander and switch off the flame. Serve with roti.
