Ingredients of Raw Mango Dal

  1. You need 1/2 cup of toor dal.
  2. You need 1/2 of chopped raw mango.
  3. It's 2 of chopped green chili's.
  4. You need 1 of tspn of red chilli powder.
  5. Prepare 1/2 of tspn of turmeric powder.
  6. Prepare of Salt as per taste.
  7. It's 1 tbspn of oil.
  8. You need 1/2 of tspn cumin seed.
  9. You need 1 of tspn mustard seed.
  10. You need leaves of Few curry.
  11. It's of Coriander.
  12. You need 1 1/2 cup of water.
  13. Prepare 2 of dried red chilli.

Raw Mango Dal instructions

  1. Firstly soak the toor dal in water for about 10 min.
  2. Once done take a pressure cooker add toor dal, chopped raw mango, chopped green chili, red chilli powder, turmeric powder salt & 11/2 cup water and cover it with lid and pressure cook it untill 4 whistle.
  3. Once done let the pressure cooker cool down then open the lid and whisk the dal.
  4. In a pan add 1 tbspn of oil once the oil is heated add mustard & cumin seeds, curry leaves 2 dried red chilli and let it splutter.
  5. Once done add the whisked dal and cook it for a min and then turn off the flame and garnish it with Coriander.
  6. Your raw mango dal is ready.
