Ingredients of Raw Mango Dal
- You need 1/2 cup of toor dal.
- You need 1/2 of chopped raw mango.
- It's 2 of chopped green chili's.
- You need 1 of tspn of red chilli powder.
- Prepare 1/2 of tspn of turmeric powder.
- Prepare of Salt as per taste.
- It's 1 tbspn of oil.
- You need 1/2 of tspn cumin seed.
- You need 1 of tspn mustard seed.
- You need leaves of Few curry.
- It's of Coriander.
- You need 1 1/2 cup of water.
- Prepare 2 of dried red chilli.
Raw Mango Dal instructions
- Firstly soak the toor dal in water for about 10 min.
- Once done take a pressure cooker add toor dal, chopped raw mango, chopped green chili, red chilli powder, turmeric powder salt & 11/2 cup water and cover it with lid and pressure cook it untill 4 whistle.
- Once done let the pressure cooker cool down then open the lid and whisk the dal.
- In a pan add 1 tbspn of oil once the oil is heated add mustard & cumin seeds, curry leaves 2 dried red chilli and let it splutter.
- Once done add the whisked dal and cook it for a min and then turn off the flame and garnish it with Coriander.
- Your raw mango dal is ready.
