- Prepare 2 cups of moong dal.
- Prepare As required of Oil to fry.
- It's 1 tsp of ginger garlic paste.
- You need 1/2 tsp of red chilli powder.
- You need 1/2 tsp of ajwain.
- You need As per taste of Salt.
- Prepare 1/2 cup of green corinder.
- It's 1 of chopped onion.

Moong dal Bhajiya step by step
- Soak moong dal for 4 to 5 hours and drain the water from dal and grind in fine paste and with hand whisk it nicely..
- Add green coriander leaves,chopped onion,dry masalas and mix again and heat the oil and make bhajiya out of it.
- While frying bhajiya fry green chilli and fry it till it turns crispy..
- Serve bhajiya with fry chilli and green coriander mint chutney..
