Ingredients of Moong dal Bhajiya

  1. Prepare 2 cups of moong dal.
  2. Prepare As required of Oil to fry.
  3. It's 1 tsp of ginger garlic paste.
  4. You need 1/2 tsp of red chilli powder.
  5. You need 1/2 tsp of ajwain.
  6. You need As per taste of Salt.
  7. Prepare 1/2 cup of green corinder.
  8. It's 1 of chopped onion.

Moong dal Bhajiya step by step

  1. Soak moong dal for 4 to 5 hours and drain the water from dal and grind in fine paste and with hand whisk it nicely..
  2. Add green coriander leaves,chopped onion,dry masalas and mix again and heat the oil and make bhajiya out of it.
  3. While frying bhajiya fry green chilli and fry it till it turns crispy..
  4. Serve bhajiya with fry chilli and green coriander mint chutney..
