Chocolate Cake step by step

  1. Take a bowl keep strainer on it add maida,coco powder, powdered sugar,baking powder,baking soda,salt and strain it and keep aside.
  2. Take one other bowl add egg add oil and mix it with the hep of blender. Add half dry mixture and blend it add half milk again add half dry mixture add milk add 1 tsp coffee dissolved in one tbsp of water add vinegar and blend it again make a smooth batter.
  3. Take a pressure cooker add salt and keep for heating in high flame. Keep any stand to maintain little distance of salt and cake container so that it may not burn..
  4. Once it gets blend everthing. Take any alluminium container according to the quantity of batter. Grease it and place the butter paper into it grease it butter paper and pour the cake batter into it. Now palce alluminium cake container into the pressure cooker and close the lid. Keep in medium flame and cook for 45 minutes. Stove should be in medium flame.
  5. For chocolate glaze - take a pan add 3 cup milk add half cup sugar and boil it keep stirring in low flame add coco powder 2 tbsp maida and half cup butter and mix it completely and cook for 5 minutes.
  6. Once cake cooks for 45 minutes.take out from pressure cooker immediately outside and keep in normal temperature. After that immediately do chocolate glaze. If cake shape is not proper shape cut and give a correct shape.now place a cake into a plate and pour chocolate glaze over it and spread it all the sides. And decorate with almonds and cashew. Cut almonds into 2 parts and place on cake. And keep in fridge to get set for 2 hours or overnight..
  7. Once gets set take out from the fridge and place it in the other plate cut it and serve... So here chocolate cake is ready to serve!! Must try.
