- Prepare 300 gms of boneless chicken.
- It's 1 cup of Shredded veggies(carrot,capsicum,cabbage,spring onions).
- You need 1 tbsp of ginger garlic and green chilli paste.
- You need 1 tsp of red chilli flakes and oregano.
- You need 1 of small katori schezwan sauce.
- It's 1 tsp of soya sauce.
- It's as per taste of Salt.
- Prepare 1 cup of white flour.
- It's of Oil fr dough and frying rolls.
- It's of Water fr kneading dough.

- Tke chicken boil with ginger garlic and green chilli paste strain and shred it...then take veggies and shred it it in slice,.. then tke wok put 1 tsp oil veggies and saute dein put shredded chicken soya sauce,salt, red chilli flakes and oregano and chopped green chillies and saute fr 5 mins masala is ready.
- Then take white flour knead it wit putting 1 tsp oil and 1/2 tsp salt and make a dough and rest it fr at least 1/2hr...then tke dough again scrub it wit light hands and make small balls then the 1 ball make small chapati put dat masla in the middle and fold in spring roll shape and then tke oil and do shallow fry.
- Spring rolls is ready to eat with tomato or schezwan sauce.
