- Prepare 250 of gm-paneer.
- You need 3-4 of onion fine chopped.
- You need 2 of - tomato fine chopped.
- You need 2 of -spoon Ginger garlic cumin seed paste.
- You need 2 of -Bayleaf.
- Prepare of Red chilli powder, turmeric powder,salt, coriander powder -taste.
- It's 3-4 spoon of Kasoore methi.
- You need of I/2 TSP fennel seeds.
- Prepare of Oil.
- You need leaves of Coriander.
- Prepare 1 piece of Cinnamon (dalchini).
- Prepare 1 of cardamom.
Dhaba paneer step by step
- First take a bowl put paneer pecies marinate it with turmeric powder red chilli powder coriander powder salt 1/2tsp garam msala 2sp kasoore methi 2 TSP oil marinate and keep aside..
- Now in a pan put some oil when the oil heat's up add cinnamon cardamon,bay leaf fine chopped onions cook until golden brown now add Ginger garlic Cumin seed paste.cook few minutes then add chopped tomatoes and all spices (soaked in water like paste)cook well..
- Now add 1 cup of water blend ur gravey with hand blender or in mixer jar do not blend too long other wise the Garvey becomes thin..
- Now in a gravey add marinated paneer cook for few minutes add 1/2 glass of water and kasoore methi cook till the boil comes..
- Finally our dhaba panner is ready to eat. garnish your panner with coriander leaves.
