- It's 3 Tsp of - Ghee & 1 Tbsp - Oil.
- Prepare 1 Tsp of -Kashmiri Chilly Powder.
- It's 1 Tsp of - Garam Masala powder.
- You need Leaves of Coriander.
- You need of Kasuri Methi.
- You need 2 Tbsp of - Fresh cream or Malai.
- It's to taste of Salt.
- Prepare 3 Tbsp. of Butter & Fresh Cream.

- Heat the kadhai with oil & add the Chopped onions shotey till light brown than add chopped Red chilli, chopped tomatoes & Cashew and shaute them till light Brown..
- Add Salt and water to help them evanly get cook & let's cool the all ingredients & fine ground them in mixture..
- Step -II.
- Heat the Kadhai add into Ghee add Red chilli powder, add Garam Masala, Coriander leaves & Kasuri Methi..
- Add Pour of ground paste shoute them well & Let it simmer for 10-15 min..
- Add Fresh cream and mix it well..
- Add Cubes of Paneer and stir it well for 5 min & add butter..
- Now Butter Paneer Gravy ready to serve. Garnish with some fine chopped corriender leaves..
- Serve with Jeera Rice, Chapati, or Naan..
