  2. You need 1/4 of th Cup - Cashew Nuts.

  6. It's 3 Tsp of - Ghee & 1 Tbsp - Oil.
  7. Prepare 1 Tsp of -Kashmiri Chilly Powder.
  8. It's 1 Tsp of - Garam Masala powder.
  9. You need Leaves of Coriander.
  10. You need of Kasuri Methi.
  11. You need 2 Tbsp of - Fresh cream or Malai.
  12. It's to taste of Salt.
  13. Prepare 3 Tbsp. of Butter & Fresh Cream.

  1. Heat the kadhai with oil & add the Chopped onions shotey till light brown than add chopped Red chilli, chopped tomatoes & Cashew and shaute them till light Brown..
  2. Add Salt and water to help them evanly get cook & let's cool the all ingredients & fine ground them in mixture..
  3. Step -II.
  4. Heat the Kadhai add into Ghee add Red chilli powder, add Garam Masala, Coriander leaves & Kasuri Methi..
  5. Add Pour of ground paste shoute them well & Let it simmer for 10-15 min..
  6. Add Fresh cream and mix it well..
  7. Add Cubes of Paneer and stir it well for 5 min & add butter..
  8. Now Butter Paneer Gravy ready to serve. Garnish with some fine chopped corriender leaves..
  9. Serve with Jeera Rice, Chapati, or Naan..
