- Mix all the ingredients except butter with 2 spoon oil..
- Rest the dough for 2 hours covered with cloth and plate..
- The dough will rise. Make small ball dust maida and do it in oval shape..
- Keep water in one side. Stick it to non-stick dosa tawa.
- Keep it in flame. When bubble comes wait for one minute slightly it comes out sticky part..
- Turn and show it in medium flame.Apply butter to it..
- In a kadai add oil and jeera when it splitters add ginger,garlic, Green chilli cut into pieces.Onion cut into small pieces add to it..
- Then cut tomato into small pieces removing seeds. Add little salt..
- When raw smell goes add masalas and crushed kasuri methi to it..
- When cooked well and raw smell goes add cashew paste to it..
- When cooked add panneer to it. Put panneer in hot water to make it soft..
- Finally add butter and fresh cream..
