  1. You need 2 cups of All-purpose flour.
  2. Prepare 1 tsp of Soda-bi-carb.
  3. Prepare 1/2 tsp of Backing powder.
  4. Prepare 1 cup of Powdered sugar.
  5. Prepare 1 cup of Fresh malai.
  6. Prepare 150-200 ml of Milk.
  7. Prepare 1/2 cup of Thandai essence.
  8. You need 1/4 tsp of Yellow colour.
  9. You need 2 tbsp of Chopped dryfruits.

Thandai Malai Cake instructions

  1. Sieve the maida,backimg powder snd soda together..
  2. Combine together malai sugar and essence whip it well..
  3. Add Maida mixture and milk alternately.gently mix it..
  4. Add yellow colour to it.mix well.batter should be in dropping consistency..
  5. Pour batter in a greased and dusted bread tin.sprinkle dryfruits on top of batter..
  6. Bake it in pre heated oven at 180degree for 35-40mins..
