- You need 2 cups of All-purpose flour.
- Prepare 1 tsp of Soda-bi-carb.
- Prepare 1/2 tsp of Backing powder.
- Prepare 1 cup of Powdered sugar.
- Prepare 1 cup of Fresh malai.
- Prepare 150-200 ml of Milk.
- Prepare 1/2 cup of Thandai essence.
- You need 1/4 tsp of Yellow colour.
- You need 2 tbsp of Chopped dryfruits.

- Sieve the maida,backimg powder snd soda together..
- Combine together malai sugar and essence whip it well..
- Add Maida mixture and milk alternately.gently mix it..
- Add yellow colour to it.mix well.batter should be in dropping consistency..
- Pour batter in a greased and dusted bread tin.sprinkle dryfruits on top of batter..
- Bake it in pre heated oven at 180degree for 35-40mins..
