  1. You need 2 cups of Besan.
  2. It's 1 cup of finely chopped coriander.
  3. You need 2 tbsp of garlic chilli paste.
  4. Prepare 1/2 tsp of haldi powder.
  5. Prepare 1 tbsp of jaggery.
  6. It's to taste of Salt.
  7. Prepare of Oil for frying.
  8. It's of Water to make batter.

  1. In a bowl take besan, chopped coriander, jaggery, salt to taste, chilli and garlic paste..
  2. Add water and make a batter.Batter should not be to thick nor too flowy..
  3. Grease a plate and pour the batter..
  4. Take a kadai and keep steamer ring and pour water and keep the plate and steam it for 10-15 mins.Cover it with a plate while steaming..
  5. Remove it and let it cool completely..
  6. Cut it into pieces..
  7. Deep fry them till nice golden in colour. Serve with garlic chutney tomato ketchup..
