- Prepare 3-4 of medium sized potatoes(chopped).
- You need 1/3 cup of daal vadi.
- You need 1 of chopped onion.
- Prepare 2 of chopped tomatoes.
- You need 2 of green chillies.
- You need 1 inch of ginger.
- You need 2 tbsp of oil.
- It's Pinch of asafoetida.
- It's 1/4 tsp of cumin seeds.
- Prepare 1/4 tsp of Turmeric powder.

- Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan. Fry Vadi until golden brown then break it in 2 or 4 pieces..
