- In a grinder add soaked urad dal and chopped ginger and green chilli and grind without adding any water. Make a fine paste. Cover and leave it over night for ferment. In the morning dal batter look like this..
- Add 1/2 tsp Coriander powder,1/2 tsp red chilli powder and 1/2 tsp garam masala powder and mix everything well..
- Heat oil in a kadhai or pan.add hing,cumin seed,methi seed,whole red chilli and curry leaves. When it's crackle add Turmeric powder,and remaining all dry spices.mix and add 2 glass of water.keep flame on high..
- When the water starts boiling take 1 spoon of daal batter and carefully drop it in boiling water.You can also drop this pakori from your hand too.drop pakori from remaining batter..
- Boil on low flame till it thickens. Beat curd with spoon or beater and add in.off the flame and serve hot dubki with rice or roti..
