  1. Prepare 1/2 of cup-urad dal (soaked).
  2. You need 1tbsp of -chopped ginger- green chilli.
  3. You need 1tsp of -Turmeric powder.

  5. You need 1tsp of -red chilli powder.
  6. It's 1tsp of -garam masala powder.
  7. You need 1/2tsp of -cumin seed.

  12. Prepare 1tbsp of -curry leaves.

  1. In a grinder add soaked urad dal and chopped ginger and green chilli and grind without adding any water. Make a fine paste. Cover and leave it over night for ferment. In the morning dal batter look like this..
  2. Add 1/2 tsp Coriander powder,1/2 tsp red chilli powder and 1/2 tsp garam masala powder and mix everything well..
  3. Heat oil in a kadhai or pan.add hing,cumin seed,methi seed,whole red chilli and curry leaves. When it's crackle add Turmeric powder,and remaining all dry spices.mix and add 2 glass of water.keep flame on high..
  4. When the water starts boiling take 1 spoon of daal batter and carefully drop it in boiling water.You can also drop this pakori from your hand too.drop pakori from remaining batter..
  5. Boil on low flame till it thickens. Beat curd with spoon or beater and add in.off the flame and serve hot dubki with rice or roti..
