  1. Pressure cook potatoes for 3 whistles on high flame..
  2. Add green chilli, mint leaves, coriander leaves, ginger-garlic and salt. Grind it into a thick paste..
  3. Add besan flour, rice flour, salt, hing, chilli powder and baking soda into a bowl and mix it well. Make a bonda mix consistency paste by adding water..
  4. Heat oil in a pan add cumin seeds and onions and fry it till it turns translucent in colour. Then add chopped green chillies and ginger into it..
  5. Then add red chilli powder, garam masala and salt. finally, add mashed potatoes and mix it well and transfer into a bowl..
  6. Make medium-sized potato balls and dip in the besan mix and once the potato ball is full coated with batter fry it in the oil..
  7. Roast the bread on one side by adding a little bit of ghee..
  8. On the unroasted side apply green chutney and place the fried potato ball on top of it..
  9. Then place one fried green chilli on top of it and close it with unroasted side of bread..
  10. Serve it hot with sauce or green chutney..
