Ingredients of Dal Rice and Arbi Fry
- You need 200 gm of moong dal.
- Prepare 2 of small chopped tomatoes.
- It's 6 of chopped green chillies,.
- Prepare 1/2 tsp of turmeric powder,half teaspoon red chilli powder.
- You need to taste of Salt.
- You need of Small chopped kerry.
- Prepare 1/2 tbsp of oil.
- Prepare 1/2 tsp of Cumin seeds.
- You need as needed of Curry leaves for tadka.
Dal Rice and Arbi Fry step by step
- Soak the Dal for half an hour.
- Take a cooker put 4 cups water Add Kerry and green chillies, turmeric powder,salt and add Dal cover the cooker whistle for one time... leave for 10 mins.
- For tadka...take a pan put half tablespoon oil when oil heat add cumins seed & curry leaves now add tomatoes paste and red chilli powder cook for 5 mins than add dal... garnish with fresh coriander....
