Ingredients of Dal Rice and Arbi Fry

  1. You need 200 gm of moong dal.
  2. Prepare 2 of small chopped tomatoes.
  3. It's 6 of chopped green chillies,.
  4. Prepare 1/2 tsp of turmeric powder,half teaspoon red chilli powder.
  5. You need to taste of Salt.
  6. You need of Small chopped kerry.
  7. Prepare 1/2 tbsp of oil.
  8. Prepare 1/2 tsp of Cumin seeds.
  9. You need as needed of Curry leaves for tadka.

Dal Rice and Arbi Fry step by step

  1. Soak the Dal for half an hour.
  2. Take a cooker put 4 cups water Add Kerry and green chillies, turmeric powder,salt and add Dal cover the cooker whistle for one time... leave for 10 mins.
  3. For tadka...take a pan put half tablespoon oil when oil heat add cumins seed & curry leaves now add tomatoes paste and red chilli powder cook for 5 mins than add dal... garnish with fresh coriander....
