  1. For the dough- Knead a soft dough with wheat flour, oil and water as required. Cover it and keep it aside for sometime..

  3. Cook the dal for 2 whistles and then simmer the flame and cook for 15 minutes. Switch off the gas..

  5. In a mixture jar grind the dal and transfer the grounded dal to a nonstick pan. Cook till excess water burns out, stir occasionally..
  6. Once it starts to become hard, add sugar and mix well. Cook for few more minutes. Let it become a little dry..
  7. Now add the remaining ingredients of the puran to the pan. Mix everything properly and cook for about two minutes...
