  1. It's 250 grams of Chana Dal.
  2. Prepare 2.5 cup of Water.
  3. You need 1/4 tsp of Baking soda.
  4. Prepare of Oil for frying.
  5. You need 1/2 tsp of Salt.
  6. Prepare 1/4 tsp of Red chilli powder.
  7. It's 1/2 tsp of Chaat masala.
  8. It's 1/2 tsp of Amchur powder.

Crispy Chana Dal Namkeen step by step

  1. Take chana dal in a bowl then add water & baking soda.Mix it well. Soak it for 7-8 hrs...
  2. After soaked strain the water. Wash it 3-4 times in water..

  4. Now dry the soaked dal on a clean cloth. Dry it in room temperature for one hour. After one hour it's ready for frying..
  5. Heat cooking oil in a pan for frying. Add chana dal to the hot oil..
  6. Fry it in medium flame till gets crisp. After frying, check the crispness then switch off the flame..
  7. Now strain the oil..
  8. Spread it properly on tissue paper & let it cool down..
  9. After cool down add salt, red chilli powder, chaat masala & amchur powder. Mix it well..
