- It's 1/2 tsp of Amchur powder.

- Take chana dal in a bowl then add water & baking soda.Mix it well. Soak it for 7-8 hrs...
- After soaked strain the water. Wash it 3-4 times in water..

- Now dry the soaked dal on a clean cloth. Dry it in room temperature for one hour. After one hour it's ready for frying..
- Heat cooking oil in a pan for frying. Add chana dal to the hot oil..
