Ingredients of Fulka with red mung dal
- It's 250 gm of wheat flour.
- It's as needed of Water.
- It's 50 gm of red mung dal.
- You need as needed of Salt.
- Prepare 1/2 tbs of red chilli powder.
- It's 1/4 tbs of turmeric powder.
- You need 2 of chopped onions.
- It's 2 of chopped tomatoes.
- Prepare 2 of green chilli.
Fulka with red mung dal step by step
- Make a soft dough of wheat flour.
- Now heat tawa and take a little dough make small ball and slightly press with help of belan.
- Put on tawa and cook it well on both sides.
- Side by side cook dal first boil it.
- Heat oil in kadai and fry onion,tomato well and add salt,red chilli,turmeric powder,green chilli, coriander powder in it..
- Boil dal for 25 minutes on high to medium flame then add tadka in it. Then dal is ready to serve with fulka.
