  1. It's 250 gm of wheat flour.
  2. It's as needed of Water.
  3. It's 50 gm of red mung dal.
  4. You need as needed of Salt.
  5. Prepare 1/2 tbs of red chilli powder.
  6. It's 1/4 tbs of turmeric powder.
  7. You need 2 of chopped onions.
  8. It's 2 of chopped tomatoes.
  9. Prepare 2 of green chilli.

  1. Make a soft dough of wheat flour.
  2. Now heat tawa and take a little dough make small ball and slightly press with help of belan.
  3. Put on tawa and cook it well on both sides.
  4. Side by side cook dal first boil it.
  5. Heat oil in kadai and fry onion,tomato well and add salt,red chilli,turmeric powder,green chilli, coriander powder in it..
  6. Boil dal for 25 minutes on high to medium flame then add tadka in it. Then dal is ready to serve with fulka.
