- Prepare 150 Grams of Paneer.
- You need 1 of Onion (Chopped).
- It's 1 of Tomato (Chopped).
- You need 1 of Clove.
- You need 2-3 of Cardamoms.
- Prepare 1 Tsp of Fennel Seeds.
- Prepare 1 Tsp of Cumin Seeds.
- Prepare 1 Tbsp of Almonds.
- Prepare 1 Inch of Ginger.
- You need 1 Tsp of Red Chilli Powder.
- It's 1/4 Tsp of Turmeric Powder.
- You need 1/2 Tsp of Garam Masala.
- You need 1-2 Pieces of Cinnamon.

- Prepare 1/2 Tsp of Coriander Powde.
- You need to taste of Salt.
- You need 1 Tbsp of Butter.
Paneer Kolhapuri instructions
- First of all cut paneer into small pieces..
- Now heat up a pan,roast cumin seeds, almonds,clove,cardamom and cinnamon for 5 minutes..
- Now transfer this into mixer jar and make a powder..
- Heat up oil in a same pan,add chopped onion,green chilli,chopped ginger and roast it till onion turns golden brown..
- Now add tomato and cook it till onion becomes soft.Transfer it to a mixer jar and make a fine paste..
- Now heat up butter in another pan,add cumin seeds and let them crackle..
- Now add grinded paste and cook it till masala starts leaving oil..
- Now add red chilli powder, turmeric powder,garam masala, coriander powder and mix everything well..
- Add water as per your requirement..
- After 1 boil add paneer pieces,mix well and cook for 2 minutes..
- Paneer Kolhapuri is ready. Serve hot.
