  1. Prepare 150 Grams of Paneer.
  2. You need 1 of Onion (Chopped).
  3. It's 1 of Tomato (Chopped).

  5. You need 2-3 of Cardamoms.
  6. Prepare 1 Tsp of Fennel Seeds.
  7. Prepare 1 Tsp of Cumin Seeds.
  8. Prepare 1 Tbsp of Almonds.
  9. Prepare 1 Inch of Ginger.
  10. You need 1 Tsp of Red Chilli Powder.
  11. It's 1/4 Tsp of Turmeric Powder.
  12. You need 1/2 Tsp of Garam Masala.
  13. You need 1-2 Pieces of Cinnamon.

  15. Prepare 1/2 Tsp of Coriander Powde.

  1. First of all cut paneer into small pieces..
  2. Now heat up a pan,roast cumin seeds, almonds,clove,cardamom and cinnamon for 5 minutes..
  3. Now transfer this into mixer jar and make a powder..
  4. Heat up oil in a same pan,add chopped onion,green chilli,chopped ginger and roast it till onion turns golden brown..
  5. Now add tomato and cook it till onion becomes soft.Transfer it to a mixer jar and make a fine paste..
  6. Now heat up butter in another pan,add cumin seeds and let them crackle..
  7. Now add grinded paste and cook it till masala starts leaving oil..
  8. Now add red chilli powder, turmeric powder,garam masala, coriander powder and mix everything well..
  9. Add water as per your requirement..
  10. After 1 boil add paneer pieces,mix well and cook for 2 minutes..
  11. Paneer Kolhapuri is ready. Serve hot.
