Ingredients of Mini vada pav

  1. You need 5-6 of Bread slices.
  2. It's 1 tsp of Butter.
  3. You need 2 tbsp of Oil.
  4. It's 1 of Potato (boiled).
  5. It's 1 of Onion (chopped).
  6. Prepare 1 of Green chilli (chopped).
  7. You need 1/2 tsp of Cumin seeds.
  8. You need 1/2 tsp of Mustard seeds.
  9. It's 2 tsp of Gram flour.
  10. It's 1/4 tsp of Carrom seeds.
  11. You need 2 tsp of Coriander leaves.
  12. It's to taste of Salt.
  13. It's 1/4 tsp of Turmeric powder.
  14. Prepare as needed of Water.

Mini vada pav instructions

  1. With the help of round cutter cut bread into round shape..
  2. Now take a pan apply some butter on bread slices and toast them till brown colour from both the sides..
  3. In the same pan add some oil..Once the oil is hot add mustard seeds,cumin seeds and let them splutter.After that add green chilli,onion and fry the onion till golden brown..
  4. After that add some turmeric powder and boiled potato and cook it for 2-3 minutes..
  5. Now in a bowl take gram flour and in that add carrom seeds,turmeric powder,salt,gingergarlic paste and water and make a fine batter..
  6. Now make small balls of potato sabzi and dip those balls in gramflour batter and fry them well in oil..
  7. Apply some ketchup on bread slices and keep vada's on that slices..
  8. Mini vada paav is ready.Serve hot..
