Ingredients of Misal pav

  1. Prepare 1/2 cup of white dry matar(soaked).
  2. It's 1 of small chopped onion.
  3. You need 1 tsp of garlic paste.
  4. Prepare 1 of small chopped tomato.
  5. You need 1 tbsp of usal masala (goda masala can do).
  6. Prepare Pinch of turmeric powder.
  7. Prepare 1 tsp of Kashmiri chilli paste.
  8. It's 1 of Chopped onion or small cut lemon piece for serving.
  9. Prepare as required of Mixed bhujia for serving.
  10. Prepare as required of Ladi pav.
  11. It's 2-3 of chopped green chillies.
  12. You need as per taste of Salt.
  13. It's Pinch of hing.
  14. You need 2 tbsp of oil.
  15. It's 1/2 tsp of mustard seed.
  16. Prepare 4-5 of curry leaves.

Misal pav instructions

  1. First pressure cook the soaked matar with little salt & turmeric powder. For 3-4 whistles..
  2. Take another kadhai heat oil put mustard seeds chopped onion little fry add curry patta tomato & garlic. Put a pinch of hing. Fry little add chilli paste green chillies usal masala salt. Stir well..
  3. Now pour pressure cooked Matar over the masala. Consistency should be liquid. If required add more water. Let them well cook. After boiling everything together turn off flame..
  4. Take one plate serve misal pav as photo or as per desire..
