  1. Prepare 5-6 of medium sized potato cut into halves.
  2. You need 3 of tomato.
  3. You need 6-7 of garlic cloves.

  5. Prepare 2 of green chili.
  6. It's 1 of onion, sliced.
  7. Prepare to taste of Salt.
  8. You need 1 tbsp of oil.
  9. Prepare 1/2 tsp of cumin seeds.
  10. You need 1/2 tsp of mustard seeds.
  11. It's 1/2 tsp of Red chili powder.
  12. It's 1/2 tsp of turmeric powder.
  13. You need 1/2 tsp of coriender powder.
  14. You need 1/2 tsp of garam masala powder.

  1. Put the ginger, garlic, tomatoes into a food processor untill smooth. Set aside..
  2. Put the potatoes in a large saucepan, boil for 8-10 minutes on medium heat, until just tender. Drain and set aside..
  3. Heat oil in a non-stick pan. Add cumin, mustard seeds fry for a second add onion, salt saute for a minute add green chili & all the spices stir well..
  4. Now add tomato mixture mix well and simmer for 2-3 mins, then stir the potatoes cook for 3-4 minutes..
  5. Garnish with coriander leaves Serve..
