  1. It's 4 of boiled eggs.
  2. It's 1 cup of masur dal.
  3. You need of Indian spices.

Egg dal fry step by step

  1. In a kadai add oil n rai, jeera, chillies, crushed garlic, hing, curry leaves,.
  2. Add chopped onions n saute well until golden brown.
  3. Add tomatoes n saute well.
  4. Now add tumeric, paprika powder. dhania powder n mix well.
  5. Add boiled masur daal to the kadai n mix really very well..
  6. Caution☠️ as it may stick to the bottom🤣.
  7. Add warm water as required n salt to taste.
  8. Keep stiring untill u get a boil.
  9. Now lower the flame.
  10. Now add half cut boiled eggs.
  11. Dont not stir now.keep the flame low for a while.
  12. Off the flame after 2 to 3 mins, garnish with roughly choppes corriander.
  13. Ready to serve.. dearies inshort its just the normal daal v make just add boiled eggs n chicken pieces.
  14. Can also add masala fried chicken pieces.
