- Prepare 300 gms of sprouts.
- You need 1/2 tsp of Turmeric powder.
- It's 1/2 tsp of Salt.
- You need 4 glasses of Water.

- First Take sprouts in a pressure cooker, add 1/2 tsp turmeric powder, 1/2 tsp salt and 4 glasses water and Cook on medium heat until 1 whistle. Do not overcook the mataki..

- Grind the mixture really good. Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan. Add blended masala and fry on medium heat for about 5-6 minutes. Add 1 tbsp coriander powder, and red chilli powder. Mix well and fry until masala release oil..
- Add cooked sprouts along with water into masala. Mix it very well. Add some water as per you choice. Add salt to taste..
