  7. Sugar syrup:- Place 4 cups sugar and 1 cup water into a sauce pan and bring to a boil..
  8. Beat the cream with beater for 20 minutes and 1tbsp pour cocoa powder and chocolate essence in it.
  9. Cut the cake into 3 layers.apply 2 tbsp sugar syrup and whipped cream on each layer.
  10. Cut the cake in baad shape.
  11. Pour cream in a piping bag and make design with nozzels on baad.
  12. Now put the layers on top of each other.. and icing the whole cake with cream.
  13. Now you can design the cake as you want...
  14. Ready to serve.....
