- Take 1 cup of corn flour approx 100 gms in a mixing bowl..
- Add 1cup water. Mix it well there should be no lumps. Keep aside.
- Turn on the gas. In a saucepan /Kadhai take 2 cups sugar 200 gms Add 1/2 cup water let sugar to be melt. Now add 1tbsp lemon juice.
- Keep the flame in medium. Now add dissolve cornflour mix. There no need to check the sugar syrup consistency..
- Stir continuously the cornflour mixture will turn into transparent. Now add little ghee.
- Stir continuously till the mixture gather in one mass.
- Now add the chopped cashews and badam. Little bit of orange food colour..
- Take a bowl grease with ghee Pour the mixture in it.
- Let it set for 1 hour Transfer the mixture from the bowl to plate..
- Give a shape as you like..
