- Firstly marinate the paneer pieces and rest for at least half an hour for perfection. Place a pan. Add ghee or butter of your choice and fry the paneer pieces without breaking. Keep them aside when it's done. On the same pan add little more butter or ghee and saute the spices like, cumin seeds, Cardamom, cloves and cinnamon.
