- At first we washed the chicken & fry it in the oil..
- Then take a cookar add little oil fry the onion & add bay leaf, Garam masala, gingre garlic paste, termaric powder, coriander powder chicken masala powder fry it at least look brown..
- Then add chapped spinach (palak) leaf & cooked it slow flame..
- When it cooked add chicken & cooked 15 minute adding little water now it's ready to serve..
