  2. Prepare 1 tbsp of ginger garlic paste.

  6. Prepare 2 tbsp of corn flour for frying.

  1. Take a big bowl. Add boneless chicken pieces into it.
  2. Beat 1 egg and mix it. Add salt, black pepper, red chilli powder,garam masala powder, ginger garlic paste, 1 drop red colour and mix it. And set aside for 15 minutes.
  3. Take a pan or kadai. Add oil and keep for heating. After 15 minutes. Add corn flour and mix it..
  4. Once oil gets heat place chicken into it and deep fry till chicken gets cooks. After adding chicken do not stir immediately once it gets cooked immediately it comes up slowly and do not stick in oil..
