Ingredients of Paneer Nazakat

  1. It's 250 gm of cottage cheese.
  2. Prepare 3 of onions.
  3. Prepare 4 of tomatoes.
  4. It's 5-6 of garlic cloves.
  5. You need 1 inch of ginger.
  6. It's 1/2 cup of Cashew nuts (for paste & chopped for stuffing).
  7. You need To taste of Red chilli powder.
  8. Prepare 1 tsp of Coriander powder.
  9. It's 1 tsp of Kitchen king masala.
  10. You need To taste of Salt.
  11. You need 2 tsp of Kasturi methi.
  12. It's 2 tsp of Oil.

Paneer Nazakat instructions

  1. For gravy; take a pan & heat up some oil. To it add roughly chopped onions, garlic, ginger and tomatoes. Cook them well till everything gets mushy. Switch off the flame & keep it aside and let it cool..
  2. After cooled down completely, blend it in a mixer jar & to get a smooth consistency sieve it through a strainer..
  3. Again heat up the wok and add some oil to it. Add the gravy paste and add the masalas. Cook the gravy till it releases the oil. Add the cashew paste. (Optional).
  4. Meanwhile, prepare the paneer cubes by cutting them in squares and making a round cavity in the centre. & shallow fry these paneer cubes..
  5. For stuffing take the crumbled paneer and add chopped cashew nuts to it along with a spoon of prepared gravy to make the filling spicy. Add the kasoori methi to the gravy..
  6. Now stuff this mixture into the paneer cubes, & serve the dish with gravy on the base and paneer on the top. Enjoy 😊.
