Ingredients of Kadai Paneer

  1. You need 13-14 cubes of Paneer(Cottage Cheese).
  2. You need 5 tsp of Oil.
  3. You need As per taste of Salt.
  4. You need As per taste of Red chilli powder.
  5. You need 3 of Green chillies, slit.
  6. It's 2 of Capsicums.
  7. Prepare 2 of Tomato puree.
  8. Prepare 1 of Onions.
  9. You need 1 tsp of Kadai masala.
  10. It's 1 tsp of Garlic paste.
  11. Prepare as required of Water (if needed).
  12. Prepare Pinch of kasuri methi.

Kadai Paneer step by step

  1. Heat sufficient oil in a kadai, cumin seeds and garlic paste. Saute them and then add tomato puree, mix well and cook until oil separates..
  2. Now add spices red chilli powder and salt and mix well and add capsicum, onions and green chillies and cook them for 3 minutes..
  3. Now add paneer cubes and saute it well..
  4. Sprinkle kadai masala and pinch of kasuri methi over the paneer and add few drops of water. Mix well and cook for another 1 -2 minutes..
  5. Kadai paneer is ready to serve.Serve hot with roti, naan, bread etc..
  6. Enjoy!.
