Ingredients of Kadai Paneer
- You need 13-14 cubes of Paneer(Cottage Cheese).
- You need 5 tsp of Oil.
- You need As per taste of Salt.
- You need As per taste of Red chilli powder.
- You need 3 of Green chillies, slit.
- It's 2 of Capsicums.
- Prepare 2 of Tomato puree.
- Prepare 1 of Onions.
- You need 1 tsp of Kadai masala.
- It's 1 tsp of Garlic paste.
- Prepare as required of Water (if needed).
- Prepare Pinch of kasuri methi.
Kadai Paneer step by step
- Heat sufficient oil in a kadai, cumin seeds and garlic paste. Saute them and then add tomato puree, mix well and cook until oil separates..
- Now add spices red chilli powder and salt and mix well and add capsicum, onions and green chillies and cook them for 3 minutes..
- Now add paneer cubes and saute it well..
- Sprinkle kadai masala and pinch of kasuri methi over the paneer and add few drops of water. Mix well and cook for another 1 -2 minutes..
- Kadai paneer is ready to serve.Serve hot with roti, naan, bread etc..
